The Use of Nitrogen Mustard in the Management of Two
Pregnant Lymphoma Patients

1. It is possible to use nitrogen mustard therapeutically in the management of
a patient with "lymphoma" in the second trimester of pregnancy and obtain a
viable infant.
2. In view of the findings noted in one of the infants, it is not possible to make
a categorical statement with regard to possible deleterious effects of nitrogen
mustard on the fetus.
