The Cultivation of Mouse Bone Marrow in Vivo

The cultivation of normal mouse bone marrow cells in diffusion chambers
implanted into the peritoneal cavity of mice has been described. Mouse
bone marrow cells cultivated by this method continue to undergo differentiation and maintain their morphologic identity for a considerable time.
