Brief Note: The Free Amino Acid Changes in Plasma Following
Coagulation and Plasminogen Activation

Arginine and lysine are liberated in human blood plasma after plasma
plasminogen activation to the protease plasmin as well as after plasma
recalcification and subsequent coagulation. Furthermore, digestion of fibrinogen by plasmin results in progressive release of these same amino acids.
